Description
Les Chênes is about 300m from the owner's house and the other two gîtes and is totally private and independent. It shares the pool at the main house. It is situated due south in a wooded portion of the property La Trégandie. The ground floor has an entrance foyer with bathroom and stairwell and an adjacent main living space. The main living space consists of a lounge/dining room with kitchenette and patio. There are French doors onto the patio. It has a spacious main bedroom with double bed and small balcony on the first floor. The adjacent mezzanine space is accessed through the main bedroom.

Fridge, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Electric Range and Oven, Coffee Maker, TNT Television, DVD/CD, Barbecue, Bathroom with Shower, WC and Washbasin, Heating electrical (metered) and Adjacent Parking - WiFi is available free in the vacinity of the main house

Les Chênes, à 300m de la maison principale et les autre deux gîtes, est totalement indépendant et privé. Il a l'usage de la piscine de la proprieté. Les Chênes est orienté sud dans un coin boisé de La Trégandie. Au rez-de-chaussée il y a l'entré, la salle de bain, et le salon avec coin cuisine bien equipé. La porte fenetre ouvert sur un patio ensoleillé. A l'etage se trouve une chambre avec grand lit et son petit balcon. Il y a une mezzanine a côté.
